Edu­ca­tion sys­tem and school reforms are based on analy­sis of the cur­rent sit­u­a­tion. A sol­id data-based knowl­edge on sta­tus quo and goals of edu­ca­tion­al sys­tem enables us to design strate­gies and imple­ment the desired strate­gic solu­tions, which can then be pilot­ed and imple­ment in nation­al, state, local admin­is­tra­tion, school and class­room level.

The Finnishza­tion of the edu­ca­tion we pro­vide is based on solu­tions, that we have gain from the lat­est research and prac­tice in Fin­land and inter­na­tion­al­ly. Those are tai­lored then to fit then local­ized fea­si­ble mod­els and pro­vi­sion of high-qual­i­ty trainings.

The aim is to cre­ate use­ful and lat­est up-to-date research- and prac­tice-based solu­tions for school and teacher devel­op­ment and to enable effec­tive ped­a­gog­i­cal activ­i­ties in mod­ern learn­ing environments.
